If this removes 280E deduction barriers, it’s a boon across the industry and you’ll see all boats rise in the industry. It won’t provide for the sort of peak beer experience we’ve witnessed in the alcohol space as it would still be a scheduled drug, but I don’t think it’ll become as regulated as people worry if it is scheduled in the same realm as testosterone and steroids.
