Personally I don’t think any president is going to touch this issue until they are in a 2nd term. Again, Ukraine, Israel/Gaza, Insurrectionists at the gates, immigration, inflation, Navalny…Cannabis policy, while important, isn’t going to move some silent block of voters to the polls and sway an election.
